Shoppers have been rushing to Walmart to purchase a $24 sweater that's similar to its $100 counterpart at Nordstrom.

Walmart is currently selling a SUNBS-brand checkered knit pullover top, a 'game-changer' that was originally worth $50.

The 4.5-star rated product is a Walmart 'best seller' and comes in five additional solid colors.

The pullover top noticeably resembles the Free People-brand Check Easy Street Sweater.

The $100 Nordstrom sweater was initially worth $148 before its 'New Markdown.'

Unlike the Walmart pullover, the Free People sweater received four stars, and it only comes in one other checkered patterned color.

Multiple shoppers who left five-star reviews called it a 'Free People dupe' and an 'excellent addition' to their winter wardrobe

One of the reviewers claimed the sweater was $40 bucks on Amazon, which led them to purchase the Walmart pullover.

'It's a very nice, oversized sweater! The fabric is soft and bouncy! Definitely not sweater material, but it's got some weight to it and it's very comfortable!,' a shopper wrote.

'The material is incredibly soft and warm, making it perfect for chilly days,' another shopper revealed.

The pullover top purchaser added that they highly recommend the sweater and received 'numerous compliments' every time they wear it.

However, it wasn't all glowing reviews as some shoppers gave it one star, and more than half complained about the Walmart top's size.

'The quality was above average. It was well constructed. XL was at least three times larger than anything else I have ever seen,' a buyer admitted.

'It was simply huge. Since it was a sale item I could not return it. I donated it to a thrift shop.'

Not too many Nordstrom shoppers left reviews about the Check Easy Street Sweater.

However, the ones who did were not afraid to be honest with their reviews about the expensive sweater.

Several Walmart shoppers gave the checkered knit pullover top a five-star rating online

'I love this sweater! I am normally a small and I sized down to an XS,' a five-star rater wrote.

'It is very big so I tucked it into my bra and it looked cropped. I got so many compliments.'

Like the Walmart pullover, the main con of the Nordstrom is its size and one person called it a 'heavy potato sack with sleeves.'

'It's cute. It's oversized for sure. That is the look though. A little thick for me to wear oversized though because it will feel very heavy. If it was more cropped I would keep it. Sadly I am returning,' a shopper wrote.

Several retailers have been selling must-have dupes that resemble products sold by high-end luxury brands.

Others have sold items similar to popular products from various lifestyle brands.

A $68 Anthropologie tank top dupe was available to purchase at Target for only $10 online and in store.

Influencers have also found incredible dups online, and one woman spotted a $4,200 Bottega Veneta Andiamo Bag lookalike for only $90 on Amazon.

Lifestyle content creator Kristen Hollingshaus purchased the bag in 2024 and she became 'so impressed' with the product.

'First of all, it feels amazing, it feels incredible, actually, it's so cute, you can wear it multiple different ways,' she said, adding that the gold hardware on the bag doesn't look fake or 'cheap' at all,' she said.

Besides fashion, items that shoppers have been raving over include Sephora dupes from Dollar Tree and Burberry dupe fragrances from Aldi.
