WATCH: Biden “Randomly Starts Screaming in the Middle of His Speech”

As President Joe Biden’s presidency winds down, some have begun to reflect on what has transpired over the last four years, which will undeniably be remembered as a tumultuous period in United States history. Among the chief concerns of Americans during Biden’s term was his cognitive health, which appeared to be in a state of decline.

Throughout the past several years, countless clips have circulated across the internet, fueling these worries about the president’s mental health and whether he was fit to pursue a second term.  One clip from 2023 shows Biden giving a speech during which he “randomly” started yelling to add emphasis to the point he was making.  Incidents such as this shouting episode are a further reminder for conservative Americans that January 20 can’t come soon enough.

“I watched it before. I watched it as a kid. I watched it as a senator,” Biden said before he suddenly started shouting with a stern look on his face. “I watch what happened in my community. It changed everything,” he exclaimed.  RNC Research shared the clip in November 2023, writing, “Biden randomly starts screaming in the middle of his speech.”

Thousands of users reacted to the clip, expressing concern about Biden’s ability to lead.  One person, who was seemingly partially correct, wrote, “The best case scenario is they tell him he’s got to go, and he refuses..then the entire Biden mafia crime family start a turf war against the globalist billionaire oligarchy that installed him to maintain power.. the Sopranos 2.0 DC globalist edition.. let the entire house of cards implode.”

Many voters were so concerned about Biden’s capability to lead, there were serious calls to invoke the 25th Amendment and have the president removed from his post.  However, this sparked equal concern about the prospect of Vice President Kamala Harris leading the nation. As evidenced by the result of the 2024 election, there was a sweeping mandate from voters for Trump to return to office and prevent the current administration from driving “America off a cliff.”

Demonstrating this sentiment, another person wrote, “This is obvious symptom of Alzheimer’s. Along with his other symptoms of confusion, mental laps, and physical problems. Why has this guy not been processed under the 25th amendment. Time to get going and start the impeachment or 25th amendment before he drives america off a cliff.”

Push eventually came to shove after Biden’s poor performance against Donald Trump during the June presidential debate when his cognitive state became indefensible after years of the Democratic Party propping him up.  After Biden’s July withdrawal from the race, there was rampant speculation that members of his party essentially forced him out.

The American Tribune initially reported on Biden’s announcement that he would dropping out of the race.  At the time, Biden posted on X, “My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year. Democrats — it’s time to come together and beat Trump. Let’s do this.”
