WATCH: Biden Randomly “Starts Screaming Out of Nowhere During Speech”

Throughout Biden’s presidency, one of the most prominent concerns among American voters was his advanced age and mental faculties. Over the past few years, countless clips have surfaced across the internet showing Biden in what many concluded was a state of cognitive decline. This led to widespread questions as to whether Biden was fit to pursue a second term.

Demonstrating this, one clip shared to X in September 2023 showed Biden erratically shouting during a speech in Maryland when discussing the issue of high drug costs in the United States. “You’re going to pay somewhere between 20 and 40 percent less in those other countries,” Biden said. The president proceeded to abruptly yell at the audience, “Same exact drug. Made by the same exact company.”

While concerns about Biden’s apparent decline is no longer a concern, considering he withdrew from the race and Trump decisively defeated Vice President Kamala Harris, it is still a sobering reminder for many about how the Democratic Party and the mainstream media seemingly deceived the American people for so long.

The Young Americans for Liberty shared the clip to X, writing, “Joe Biden starts screaming out of nowhere during speech,” before sarcastically adding, “He’s fine.” One person commented under the post, “Don’t believe your lying eyes, didn’t you get the DNC memo that Biden is just fine? The DNC went full blown propaganda blitz yesterday. Never seen so many Marxist post at the same time. That only happens when they get scared.”

Particularly after Biden’s poor debate performance against President-elect Donald Trump in June, which seemed to be the catalyst for his withdrawal from the race, there were widespread calls for the 25th Amendment to be invoked, disqualifying the president from office.  The American Tribune reported on comments from Mike Johnson in early July, addressing the possibility of removing Biden.

“Everyone here on Capitol Hill is talking about the debate last night, as I know all of you are, and everyone is around the country. It was a stark display, a big contrast between the two candidates for president. I think what everybody has seen now with their own two eyes, what they’ve all witnessed in an almost surprising fashion,” the House speaker said at the time.

Pointing out that many Americans have observed this for some time, Johnson added, “For some, I’m not sure why it was surprising to them, because we’ve been saying this for a long time, but there was only one man on that stage who was capable and qualified of being elected president in the next term, and his name is Donald J Trump, and the current occupant of the White House, President Biden, showed what he’s really about.”

Getting to the point about the 25th Amendment, Johnson said, “There’s a lot of people asking about the 25th invoking the 25th amendment right now, because this is an alarming situation. As I mentioned, our adversaries see the weakness in this White House as we all do. I take no pleasure in saying that. I think this is a very dangerous situation. But you know, unfortunately, it’s not that the house that gets to determine that it’s the cabinet under the Constitution, of course, it’s the cabinet that makes that decision.”
