Suzanne Evans has blasted Kemi Badenoch for the public row that has taken place between Badenoch and Reform UK leader Nigel Farage.
The row erupted after Reform UK claimed to have surpassed Conservative Party membership levels on Boxing Day, projecting their tally on Conservative Campaign Party Headquarters.
Badenoch accused Farage of using "fake" numbers that were "coded to tick up automatically". Reform UK has since invited journalists from major outlets to inspect their membership data, with Sky News reporting the demonstration provided "strong evidence" the figures were not automated.
Suzanne Evans told GB News the dispute was "a complete own goal" for Badenoch and the Conservatives, noting that while political parties cannot be libelled, individuals can be when accused of dishonesty.
