What Happens If Trump Wins?
The Daily Caller ^ | 10/27/2024 | Reagan Reese

In 2016, Trump stunned the nation by defeating Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Instantly, Democrats were shocked and began to melt down. Images of Clinton supporters falling to their knees, crying and screaming, went viral.

Much of the corporate media was no less hysterical, decrying Jan. 20, 2017 as a dark day for America.

Eight years later, after being dragged from courthouse to courthouse, two assassination attempts and being labeled a “fascist” by his opponents daily, Trump has a real chance at another victory against long odds. The Daily Caller spoke to various experts across the political landscape about what to expect if that happens. From violence in the streets, to Democrats’ plans to contest a Trump win, to the media meltdown, to election lawfare from Democratic super-lawyer Marc Elias, they all predicted a much more dangerous and extreme response this time around if the “threat to democracy” is democratically elected.

Repeal the 22nd Amendment. Put it back in place if Trump too old.

Even if it doesn’t happen, I’d love to see the strokes and seizures induced on the left for merely mentioning it.

If Donald Trump wins on November 5th, he’ll make America 🇺🇸 great again.

My question is this: What will the Democratic party do?

Or better yet, how will each party be at the end? The past dividing lines are different: Trump is doing huge with males of not just whites but other races, yet most females and trannies are still Democrat.

Will the American parties be literally based on sex/gender?

All right, here we are about one week from the election. At this point, we probably need to be thinking post election.

Buy that I mean this , if Trump wins ,as it looks like ,an even wins the popular vote, , what will the deep state and the Democrats do next?

I hate speculating like this, but I believe it has to be said , the left will not accept those election results and between election day and January 20, 2025. They are going to find a way to try and assassinate Trump.

If that were to happen, that would throw the entire election into chaos. Who would end up being president? Could it possibly be Vance, that in my opinion would be a longshot. It would depend on when the assassination took place. Would it take place before or after the electoral college meets?

In any event, would that be the excuse that would be necessary to invoke some kind of martial law? But more importantly, would it be the excuse that the Biden administration would have to remain in office due to extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone’s control?

Now does the house of representatives step in to determine who the new president is? That is a wildcard because the constitution I am not sure has a remedy for this unless it would be the house stepping in. The question is, who would Republicans support? Since Vance was on the national ticket and people voted for him would he be the natural choice or would they try to do something else and put in someone that most of us would not approve of?

Or would the Biden administration suspend everything and say that they have to stay at office then Joe Biden resigns and we end up with Kamala Harris. To be sure, the scenarios are just hypothetical. But are we thinking about this possibility ?

Make no mistake, though if Trump wins on November 5, a major assassination attempt will be tried and I hope to God Trump understands this. What would be the backlash if that happened?

I also believe that any collateral damage will be acceptable to the Left here, so I would expect them to use something along the lines of a Surface to Air or Surface to Surface Missile to make sure of getting Trump regardless of who gets killed.

Nice turn of phrase by the author.

That will be likely. They will bring out their playbook from 2016.

IF Trump wins: he needs to be like Sherman burning thru Atlanta. Where Atlanta is federal agencies.
