Leni Klum has her mother to thank for her ease in front of the camera.

At just 22 years old, the daughter of famous supermodel Heidi Klum already has a number of lingerie campaigns for Intimissimi under her belt, but stripping down doesn’t have her batting an eye.

In an interview with Daily Front Row, Leni shares “I’m very comfortable in my body,” when asked if she gets butterflies before a lingerie shoot.

Continuing, “Growing up with a mom who was comfortable with her body made it easy for me to be comfortable with my body.”

At just 18 at the time of her first Intimissimi shoot, Heidi’s presence instantly set Leni at ease. “I was always a little nervous at first, so it was great to have her on set,” the model daughter qualified.

However, she revealed it was her German Vogue cover in 2021 that set her nerves a flurry, despite her wardrobe consisting of an oversized suit.

“I was so scared. I was freaking out on the morning of [shooting] it,” she shared.

“I was grateful my mom was there,” she added, saying, “I think I was more nervous for the interview part because I had never spoken to a journalist before. It wasn’t just posing in front of the camera. Luckily, my mom held my hand the whole time.”

“We’re best friends,” Leni gushes over her relationship with Heidi. “We talk and FaceTime every day. We send photos back and forth all the time.”

And, she jokes, Heidi is a cringey mom from time to time, proud of her aspiring model mini-me.

“I’ve sent her photos [from shoots] in the past and tell her that this isn’t out yet … and she’ll post them on her stories and I tell her that she can’t do that.” Adding, “Now I don’t send them to her anymore.”

In her Daily Front Row cover shoot, Leni poses in an actual pool that was brought into the studio, lying on a lounge chair in a matching Chanel jacket ($8,800) and skirt sans shirt.

In another image, she wears a multi-colored pastel feather bustier and maxi skirt from Prabal Gurung as she balances in an oversized umbrella.

We’re expecting Heidi will post the images ASAP.
