Shame on you, Judge Crews! Shame on you!

A legal counsel who is representing multiple female college volleyball student-athletes is letting his anger be known following a Biden-appointed federal judge ruling that transgender Blaire Fleming (San Jose State) is allowed to play in the Mountain West tournament.

Appointed by President Joe Biden around a year ago, federal judge Kato Crews made the decision Tuesday to turn away a motion for injunctive relief that attempted to shut down the eligibility of Fleming in the women’s volleyball tourney. Instead, Crews will allow Fleming to play and to continue to steal glory away from biological females.

Crews’ ruling was that litigants against Fleming didn’t “meet their burden to show irreparable harm, a likelihood of success on the merits, or that the balance of harms or equities is in their favor.” Crews also stated that taking Fleming out of the tournament this close to it is “not reasonable.” (RELATED: Transgender Volleyball Player Blaire Fleming Steals Yet More Glory From Women After Getting MWC Honorable Mention)

All of the ladies named on the complaint are women’s volleyball players Brooke Slusser (San Jose State), Sierra Grizzle (Wyoming), Katelyn Van Kirk (Boise State), Kiersten Van Kirk (Boise State), Macey Boggs (Wyoming), Jordan Sandy (Wyoming) and Kaylie Ray (Utah State), and their representation is Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS) legal counsel Bill Bock

And speaking of Mr. Bock, he’s absolutely livid over Judge Crews’ decision, outright blasting San Jose State University, the Mountain West Conference and the NCAA after the fact.

“It is shameful that the administrators at the Mountain West Conference and the NCAA are unwilling to do their jobs, which is solely to protect fair competition and the safety of athletes who compete in college sports,” said Bock, per Fox News. “However, because Mountain West Conference Commissioner Gloria Nevarez and NCAA President Charlie Baker won’t do their jobs and are apparently afraid to stand up for the rights of women student-athletes, we are forced to ask the federal courts to do their jobs for them.”

Bock went on to say that each SJSU, the MWC and the NCAA “have delayed justice, but will not escape justice,” saying that they will continue on with their case.
