The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Friday to keep Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on the presidential ballot in the state for the November election.

Kennedy filed a suit against the Wisconsin Elections Commission last month seeking to be removed from the ballot after dropping out of the race and endorsing former President Donald Trump.

The WEC voted to keep him on the ballot, citing state law that independent candidates who file nomination papers before the Aug. 6 deadline cannot be removed from the ballot unless they die. That's in contrast to Republican and Democrat candidates, whose parties have until 5 p.m. on the first Tuesday in September before an election to certify their presidential nominee.

Kennedy argued that state law discriminated against third party candidates and that stickers could be used to cover his name.

A Dane County judge sided with the WEC's decision earlier this month, saying Kennedy "either knew, or should have known" about the state law preventing his removal. Kennedy then bought the case to the District 2 Court of Appeals.

The appeal coincided with the deadline for local clerks to mail absentee ballots to voters with a request on file. In his appeal, Kennedy argued in part to allow for different-looking ballots for different sets of voters. He said he did not want an amended set of ballots to be sent out, but wanted stickers placed over his name on remaining ballots.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice, on behalf of the WEC, asked the state Supreme Court last week to take the case, arguing that it was "highly time sensitive and hugely consequential for the people of Wisconsin."

The Supreme Court accepted the case last week and denied a motion from Kennedy's attorney for oral arguments.

Thank you very much and God bless you.

As expected. Gotta keep sewing the seeds of confusion and dissent in Wisconsin, lest President in Exile Trump have a fair chance at winning this state AGAIN!

How can they keep him on the ballot after he dropped out and endorsed Trump?

This is election fraud / election interference.

Blatantly in your face! See how the powerful corrupt machine is cheating right in Front of our faces. RFK Jr has repeatedly requested to those states that he is no lower running and wants his name removed and he did it way before they even printed ballots and they criminally ignore him. They’re not only spitting in our faces they’re doing it brazenly in full daylight. See how corrupt our judicial branches across America are? We don’t stand a hell of a chance appealing to the courts if evidence is found of invalid votes! This election will be a redux of 2020! I have no faith in the integrity of our elections anymore….especially the corrupt voting machines that can easily be manipulated to flip , add or cancel votes. Remember the illegal invaders were giving drivers license and were registered to vote at the same time. Kamala has called them Americans now at her AZ speech last night ….she let the cat out of the bag! If they vote they will vote by the millions and Trump along with the American people will be cooked.

Anyone who drops out should be off the ticket. Should at the very least have signs up. If the software can be manipulated, then it can be used to cross him off.

I suspect they’ll be moving a good amount of Trump votes over to RFK. Just another crooked way of rigging the count.
