Video footage has captured the moment a brazen vandal dressed head-to-toe in black destroyed a Cybertruck parked in a private driveway during a chilling attack in an upscale California neighborhood.
Surveillance footage revealed the suspect casing the home around 4:20am on Saturday before returning more than an hour later armed with a concrete rock and duct tape.
The suspect covered one of the vehicle's cameras with duct tape before repeatedly smashing its windshield with the rock and slashing all four tires.
The suspected vandal even left a taunting handwritten note telling the owner that the tires had been damaged.
Jason Bedell, the Cybertruck's owner,w left shaken by the targeted attack that occurred in what he described as a peaceful cul-de-sac.
'I live at the top of a hill, at the end of a cul-de-sac. We don't get much traffic at all,' he told KTVU. 'So for somebody to come up here and do something like that is really unusual and very shocking.'
'To come to my house and plan an attack like that, that person's dangerous and needs to face consequences for what they've done,' Bedell added.

'I'm a little [shaken] up right now, and I'm concerned that they may possibly come back, and it's not a good feeling, having my family here, my young son.'
He said the suspect's anger is midguided and being directed at the wrong people.
'All these people who have frustration against the government and Tesla and DOGE are taking it out on the wrong people,' Bedell said. 'They're taking it out on their neighbors. They're taking it out on just working people. Most of these people are Democrats that even bought these EV vehicles.'
Police said they 'want to reassure our community that we are fully committed to investigating these acts.'
The shaken up father has announced he will be offering a $25,000 cash reward for information leading to the culprit's arrest.
Saturday's incident follows a disturbing pattern of attacks targeting Tesla vehicles across the country, prompting U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to classify the wave of vandalism as 'domestic terrorism.'
'The swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism. We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes,' Bondi said in a statement.
The attack comes amid a surge of anti-Tesla incidents nationwide.
