A conservative watchdog group is calling a ruling by the Arizona Superior Court of Maricopa County pertaining to a list of noncitizens registered to vote a “huge win.”
The court’s ruling said officials in Maricopa County must give America First Legal (AFL) the list of those individuals, Fox News reported on Thursday.
AFL filed the lawsuit on behalf of its clients in August against Maricopa County Recorder Steven Richer, asserting he failed to remove illegal aliens from the voter roles, according to Breitbart News.
The court’s recent order said, “As the Court admonished the parties prior to and during the hearing, the issue for the Court to decide is whether the records that Plaintiff requested must be released pursuant to Arizona’s public records law,” adding that it was a public records case.

Yeah, they’ll give them the list, but they won’t actually do a damned thing about it.

If they vote, arrest them, put them in jail and then deport them. Make this well known now throughout Arizona.

This is more of the “218,000 voters haven’t proven their citizenship” BS!
First, NO ONE is the USA is required to show proof of citizenship to vote for President (or Congress) - due to federal law and a US Supreme Court ruling.
Second, ONLY Arizona has had a law on the book for YEARS requiring proof of citizenship to vote in STATE elections.
Third, it is likely that almost ALL of the 218,000 ARE citizens, since every one of them MUST have had Arizona drivers licenses continuously since 1996 or earlier - 28 YEARS OR MORE!
And people across the country are hyperventilating over THIS? It involves people who were, BY LAW, assumed to be US citizens when Arizona passed the law requiring proof of citizenship. That was to prevent every person in Arizona needing to go in to DMV in person to prove it.
People who were grandfathered in, but who have had a change of address, should have been asked for proof of citizenship before issuing an updated DL. That didn’t always happen. But every person on the list will be someone who the law at one time ASSUMED was a US citizen and who have been allowed to vote for all offices in every election since the law was passed.
A law that no other state had passed prior to 2024. And I just looked. Seems two states enacted laws in 2024 with a similar requirement - Louisiana (June) and New Hampshire (Sept).

I think it’s a federal offense and it won’t even matter within the state what they wanna do with the illegal voters

Good chance EVERY ONE on the list IS a US citizen! And 47 states have NO LAW at all requiring proof of citizenship. Does yours?
