Runbeck is the contracted printing service used by the County, while Hart Intercivic is the maker of the County’s voting machine system. Secretary of State Shirley Weber is California’s Chief Elections Official. Shasta Scout has reached out to Weber’s office for comment and is pending a response.

So now, people are handling YOUR ballot? What’s to keep them from filling in Biden in addition to YOUR fill-in for Trump. That would cancel your Trump vote.
