xQc slams GTA 6 leaker and claims real fans don’t want to see leaks

Streaming star Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel has hit out at the leaker behind the recent GTA 6 leaks, claiming that fans don’t want to see it early.

Over the last few years, there have been some big leaks regarding Grand Theft Auto 6. Back in 2022, one leaker managed to reveal a host of gameplay footage from an early build, as well as some new features and Jason and Lucia as the main characters.

However, on August 18, the GTA community got their biggest look at things yet, as a number of videos surfaced on social media showing Jason playing basketball at his home, as well as combat and driving – with the latter including a fuel gauge system. On top of that, a complete look at the rumored map leaked. 

While some fans are desperate to see everything related to GTA 6 ahead of its November 19 release, xQc isn’t a part of that, blasting the leaker for dropping the early info.

“Chat, I think that if you’re a leaker, you’re a fu*king bitch. I don’t give a f*ck, I don’t care who you are, it doesn’t do good for anybody,” the Canadian said during his August 18 stream.

“Even the ones that like the game don’t want to see the game. Even the people who will buy the game don’t want to see, they don’t give a sh*t. They want to play the game. If you do, then you’re not a real gamer.”

The massive leaks have come just over a week before Rockstar teams up with Netflix for an extended look at GTA 6.

That led to some concern from fans that the footage is now, however, that isn’t the case. Insiders say that it is at least a year old, with some metadata suggesting that it is as old as 2023. 

Rockstar has been shutting down the leaks as they appear on social media, which gives credence to them being real. However, they have not made a statement similar to when the first trailer leaked.
