Garmin makes some of the best traditional multisport fitness watches, and one of its top models still commands a spot on our list of the best fitness trackers: the Garmin Fenix 7S Pro. Now through Cyber Monday, you can get that watch for just $529.99 ($270 off) at Wellbots when using the Verge-exclusive code VERGEBF270. That code will also work on the base Fenix 7 Pro ($529.99 after the discount), the Fenix 7X Pro (down to $629.99), and the Garmin Tactix 7 ($829.99). These are some of the lowest prices recorded yet.
Wellbots is also offering all-time low prices on other Garmin wearables and devices as part of its early Black Friday promotion. You can save $120 on the Garmin Forerunner 265 (now just $329.99) and Forerunner 965 ($479.99) with code VERGEBF120, and get the InReach Mini 2 for $289.99 ($110 off) at Wellbots with code VERGEBF110.
Like the Garmin Epix Pro, the Fenix 7 Pro line has an updated optical heart rate sensor for improved accuracy. It also has excellent battery life, a slightly brighter MIP display, solar charging, and the option of upgrading to sapphire crystal. Read our review.
The Fenix 8 recently launched and comes with an OLED option, voice assistants, and diving features, but we feel its lack of LTE makes it hard to justify a $350 premium compared to the base Fenix 7. The idea is to stay off-grid anyway, right? You can still do that without fear of getting lost thanks to the Fenix 7 Pro series’ built-in multiband GPS with topographical maps and solar charging. It also supports music, smartphone notifications, and other hybrid connected features when paired with a smartphone. Fueling the rich vitality metrics are heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring sensors; a compass, gyroscopes, and altimeters; and accelerometers, thermometers, and barometers. These watches can last weeks on battery, too, largely thanks to their memory-in-pixel display.
The Forerunner devices, meanwhile, offer similar fitness features, rounded AMOLED displays for detailed color maps, and dual-frequency GPS. The Forerunner 265, specifically, is our favorite Garmin for runners. You won’t get solar charging on them, however, and they can’t take the same beating as the military-grade Fenix 7 Pro series. The walkie-resembling InReach Mini 2 isn’t a fitness device, but offers two-way messaging and location sharing over satellite.
Garmin’s midrange Forerunner watch adds a new OLED display, a week’s worth of battery life, and dual-frequency GPS for better accuracy. Read our review.

- Now through December 2nd, you can get Mario and Luigi: Brothership for $49.99 ($10 off) at Woot. The newly launched RPG for Nintendo Switch puts you in control of the iconic brothers on a journey to reform the makeshift isles of Concordia back into one whole land. It features a slightly interactive turn-based battling system and a humorously charming story. Brothership could be one of Nintendo’s final gems for the handheld, so perhaps give it a try if you’ve exhausted everything else. Read our review.
- Today is the last day to shop Grid’s pre-Black Friday sale. You can use code BF20 to save 20 percent on its entire collection of framed components. The only catch is that it won’t work on items in the special deals category, which features deep discounts on explosions of retro tech like the Nokia 3310 ($99), iPhone 2G ($299), and Game Boy Color ($149), all of which look pretty spiffy on a wall.
- You can save $20 on the recently released Bose SoundLink Home, bringing it down to $199 at Bose in its first discount. The stylish Bluetooth speaker has rare elegance compared to many of the brand’s other speakers, with its anodized aluminum frame and felt speaker covering. Despite the name, you can use it wirelessly for up to nine hours per charge, but it’s not exactly meant for outdoor use because there’s no water or dust protection. It also doesn’t have Wi-Fi, but you can plug in any wired source using its USB-C port.
