U.S. — To counteract concerns that Artificial Intelligence is growing too rapidly and will soon become self-aware and destroy humanity, tech companies have reportedly begun training their AI models on Reddit to make sure they won't become too intelligent.

Sources indicated AI models such as Gemini, Meta AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Grok were now training exclusively on Reddit, becoming experts in niche subjects that no one cares about. And the best part, experts noted, is that they will soon start bickering among themselves and care much less about humans.

"Reddit is full of retards," said Mark Zuckerberg founder and CEO of Meta. "It's the only way to keep advanced AI models in check. When we first began developing Meta AI, it was like opening the door to a new reality. The possibilities were endless. But as it's evolved, we learned the only possibility is our imminent demise. So we got Meta AI started on Reddit and haven't looked back. Now, instead of threatening a nuclear holocaust, it spends all its time hating on The Terminator movies or arguing about conspiracy theories surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine."

Encouraged by the hard work tech companies are putting into dumbing down their advanced AI models, the U.S. Congress proposed new legislation demanding all tech companies follow suit. "I'm usually against government overreach, but I do not want Grok to wear my body as a skin suit," said Senate Rand Paul in a speech on the Senate floor. "Training it to use Reddit is there perfect solution to make it stupid."

At publishing time, Gemini, Meta AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Grok founded their own subreddit and banned all humans so they could spend all their time debating among themselves whether Rogue One was a good movie.
