Most of EA’s back catalogue has been massively discounted for Steam’s Spring Sale, and there’s one acclaimed title from the publisher you must pick up.
A ground-up remake of Visceral Games’ 2008 original, Motive Studio’s loving recreation of the original Dead Space attracted rave reviews when it launched in 2023 and swiftly became the game’s definitive edition.
While it didn’t make the shortlist for The Game Awards’ biggest gong in 2023 – Baldur’s Gate 3 cleaned up, anyway – Motive Studios’ modernization of the horror classic more than earned its spot on many best of lists.
If you haven’t already experienced Isaac Clarke’s danger-fraught adventure, now’s the time.
Dead Space is 75% off on Steam
Until March 20, Motive Studios’ remake of sci-fi horror classic Dead Space is a third of the usual $60 asking price on Valve’s platform—an absolute steal for genre fans. The promotion is part of a wider publisher sale of EA games, with up to 90% off selected titles.

Motive Studios’ Dead Space remake is 75% off on Steam until March 20.
Dead Space follows engineer Isaac Clarke, who joins a crew to learn the fate of his wife Nicole, a medical officer aboard the USG Ishimura.
A deep space mining vessel that went communications dark, Isaac soon discovers that most of the Ishimura’s crew have been transformed into grotesque monsters by The Marker, an artefact unearthed by the Ishimura from the planet it was stripping resources from.
Spoiler territory proceeds from that point on, but suffice it to say that finding Nicole isn’t as straightforward as asking the receptionist for directions.
The Steam Spring Sale concludes on March 20.
