The Pennsylvania mother accused of slaughtering her husband and their 3-year-old son during a family vacation at Great Wolf Lodge had never wanted to be a mom — and resented her son for stealing her husband’s attention, according to disturbing allegations in a search warrant.

Metallica Rose Harrison, 27, was “dominant, controlling, and felt resentful towards the child, stating that she never wanted to get pregnant,” her family members told investigators.

“Harrison made statements about the child taking away one-on-one time between her and Charles,” according to the search-warrant application obtained by WNEP.

She also allegedly “isolated” her husband’s family from him and his son, according to the application.

Harrison is accused of stabbing her husband and son in the chest before trying to take her own life.

When cops arrived at the Poconos resort on Monday afternoon, she reportedly told them she was “suicidal, not stupid,” and refused to say anything more.

Harrison also allegedly moaned about being the “best mother” while speaking to EMS as they treated her, according to a police affidavit.

“Every day I work so hard. To be the best person, the best mother, the best wife,” she said.

“It wasn’t supposed to end like this. I was supposed to have my happy family. That’s what I envisioned since I was a child,” Harrison reportedly said.

While in the ambulance, she repeatedly said she was “not supposed to be here,” according to the affidavit.
