The alleged ringleader of the terror attack plot on Donald Trump's UFC event is a Mexican illegal immigrant.
The suspect, Abraham Alvarez, is in custody and is understood to have overstayed his visa.
Homeland Security information reveals Alvarez came to the United States as a child and was granted deportation relief in 2014 by the Obama administration.
The bomb plot targeting thousands of people at the White House event on June 14 was "stopped cold" by the FBI.
Five people were taken into custody while top officials identified 23 individuals as part of a possible network of plotters.
