Aaron Rodgers has reportedly refused to have scans to determine the severity of several injuries he has been carrying during a nightmare New York Jets season.
The quarterback, 40, has struggled to reclaim his best form in his first full season in New York after last year's debut campaign lasted for only four snaps before tearing his Achilles against Buffalo Bills.
Now, according to an article on NFL.Com, Rodgers has tried to cover up how hurt he has become during the season in a bid to stay out on the field and will not have scans on issues to learn the full extent of any damage.
The report says that Rodgers hurt his hamstring in the September 29 loss to Denver Broncos but assured his team that it was no significant issue.
He also sustained a low ankle sprain in the London loss to Minnesota Vikings the following week.
The Jets are on a bye week this weekend, giving Rodgers a chance to rest and recover before the final six games of the season.

There is no suggestion, however, that Rodgers' refusal to be scanned for injuries has anything to do with his interest in alternative medicines.
The quarterback has made no secret of his anti-vax views and has is open about his use of hallucinogenic drug ayahuasca in the offseason.
His team have it all to do in a bid to make the playoffs, with their record currently standing at 3-8.
Rodgers' future at the Jets beyond this season is also in doubt after a campaign that has seen Robert Saleh fired as coach and Joe Douglas let go as GM.
A report on Saturday has said that Rodgers wants to keep playing in the NFL beyond this season but sees his future away from the Jets.
