California senator to file bill rolling back controversial regulation that's expected to raise gas prices

— Less than two weeks after the California Air Resources Board voted on controversial updates to its Low Carbon Fuel Standard program, a Republican State Senator is pushing to roll them back.
State Senator Brian Jones on Tuesday announced he'll introduce a bill to repeal the updates, stating the legislation is needed because of the likelihood those new standards coupled with other state policies will likely raise gas prices.

When did any new regulation ever get implemented at no cost?
Most of the time these estimates fall short of the real cost because the author can not foresee every necessary step in achieving the governments requirements.
