🏆 Abdul El-Sayed clinches Michigan's Democratic Senate nomination. The progressive former public health official overcame nearly $65 million in outside spending backing Rep. Haley Stevens (more on this in our Hoax Tracker), and will now go on to face former Republican Rep. Mike Rogers in a crucial race that could determine Senate control.

🥇 Sunrise Movement co-founder wins House primary. William Lawrence defeated two establishment-backed Democrats to claim the nomination in Michigan's 7th Congressional District. The Sunrise Movement he co-founded has pushed policies including abolishing ICE and defunding police, mobilizing far-left students across the country against “authoritarianism.”

❗️ Buttigieg calls for abolishing Electoral College and packing Supreme Court. The former Transportation Secretary laid out his agenda in a recent podcast, proposing term limits and more justices on the high court while insisting his ideas aren't radical. The comments signal a likely 2028 presidential bid targeting the radical Democratic base.

⚖️ DOJ charges 19 in $4 million fraud scheme. The Justice Department targeted home health care scams in Philadelphia, where defendants allegedly billed Medicaid while incarcerated, hospitalized, or overseas. The expansion into Pennsylvania follows recent investigations into California, Arizona, Nevada, Massachusetts and Minnesota.

A: Between 1880 and 1924, roughly two million Eastern European Jews fled pogroms in the Russian Empire, arriving poor and in New York's garment trade.

They worked in sweatshops with locked fire doors for 70 hours a week. The 1911 Triangle Shirtwaist fire killed 146 workers — many of whom were Jewish — and helped birth a labor movement Jews built.

FDR's New Deal converted those on the Left into Democratic Party loyalists, winning roughly 90 percent of the Jewish vote. Facing quotas and housing discrimination too, many later aligned with the Civil Rights movement; two of the three activists murdered in Mississippi in 1964 were Jewish New Yorkers.

Simply put, three generations in, it's a hard tradition for many to shed.

But it's loosening. Trump took 32 percent in 2024, the best Republican showing since 1988. Meanwhile, 75 percent of Orthodox Jews now identify as Republican, up from 57 percent in 2013 — and they're 17 percent of Jews under 30.

The accelerant is that antisemitism is increasingly arriving from the Left, through woke politics, and now, often through Jew hatred masquerading as Israel criticism.
