Emergency dispatch audio revealed the desperate attempt to save Robert Kelker-Kelly’s life before his tragic death.
“Caller is unable to remove patient from bed,” a responding officer said in the audio obtained by Page Six.
The dispatcher added that there were “units responding” to the incident and that “CPR is in progress.”
Another responding officer described the incident, sharing that a “62-year-old male” was “not conscious” and “not breathing.”
An automated voice reported that there was a “cardiac arrest” at Kelker-Kelly’s address.
Page Six confirmed on Monday that the “Days of Our Lives” actor died on Oct. 3. He was 62.
We exclusively reported that he was in cardiac arrest when first responders attempted to save his life.
“First responders and paramedics responded to a call … for an adult male patient for a cardiac arrest,” Kyle Gaines, the Division Chief and Public Information Officer for the St. Charles County Ambulance District (SCCAD) told Page Six Monday.
Gaines continued, “They were dispatched where paramedics and first responders provided advanced life saving protocol techniques. Unfortunately the patient was pronounced deceased on scene.”
The St. Peters Police Department told TMZ the former actor was unconscious and not breathing when first responders arrived to his Missouri home on Saturday at around 8:16 p.m. The outlet also confirmed that CPR was in progress when they arrived on the scene.
Law enforcement officials and paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but to no avail.
Police noted that there was nothing suspicious at the scene and that an official cause of death has yet to be released.
Kelker-Kelly was known for portraying Bo Brady on “Days of Our Lives.” He starred in the popular soap from 1992 to 1995. He also appeared in “Another World” and “General Hospital.”
The soap star eventually retired from acting to pursue a career as an aircraft pilot.
He made headlines earlier this year after his former “Days of Our Lives” co-star, Lisa Rinna, accused the actor of being the “biggest bully in Hollywood.”
Kelker-Kelly never publicly responded to her allegation.
