Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents busted three illegal aliens accused of raping children in Massachusetts just days after the state’s Democratic governor said she would not be assisting with federal efforts to deport illegal aliens.
ICE agents based in Boston, Massachusetts, arrested three illegal aliens, each of whom have been charged or convicted with raping children, just after Democrats in the state voiced their opposition to President-elect Donald Trump’s plan to deport illegal aliens en masse.

One of those individuals, Alexandre Romao De Oliveira, was previously convicted in his native country of Brazil for raping a child in 2022. He illegally crossed into the United States in 2022 before being arrested this week in Methuen, Massachusetts.
ICE also arrested Guatemalan national Mynor Stiven De Paz-Munoz, who was charged with forcibly raping a child and held by the Great Barrington Police Department. ICE says that the detainer placed on Paz-Munoz was ignored and he was not transferred to federal custody.

There’s also Colombian illegal alien Billy Erney Buitrago-Bustos, whom ICE took into their custody after he was arrested by the Great Barrington Police Department for forcibly raping a child. The Berkshire County Jail honored ICE’s detainer for the illegal alien.
The arrests come just after Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey said that the state police will “absolutely not” cooperate with federal immigration enforcement agents as they attempt to carry out President-elect Donald Trump’s mass deportation agenda.
Healey also explained how Democrat states like hers might fight back against Trump’s deportation agenda in the courts.
“Some realities need to be noted and that is in 2016, we had a different situation in the courts, and I am sure there may be litigation ahead, there is a lot of other ways people are going to act and need to act for the sake of their states and residents,” the governor stated. “There’s regulatory authority and executive powers and the like, there’s legislation also within our state.”
“So I think the key here is that, you know, every tool in the tool box has got to be used to protect our citizens, to protect our residents and protect our states and to hold the line on democracy and the rule of law as a basic principle,” Healey added.
