An earthquake struck in Contra Costa County early Saturday morning.
The 3.4-magnitude quake hit about 5.5 miles southwest of Brentwood around 12:30 a.m., according to the US Geological Survey.
The tremor was recorded about 11 miles deep.
An earthquake rocked the Bay Area. USGSResidents from as far away as Pleasanton and Pittsburg reported feeling the quake, KRON 4 reported.
No injuries or damages have been reported.
