FS1 host Colin Cowherd isn't universally loved by sports fans. Rather, the often-divisive sports pundit is regularly targeted on social media over one controversial opinion or another.
But in the wake of hair stylist Noushin Faraji's hostile workplace lawsuit against the network and many of its biggest names, the 61-year-old Cowherd is now being declared the unlikely winner of a particularly ugly story.
'Throughout [Faraji's] entire tenure at Fox, Mr. Cowherd was professional and respectful to Ms. Faraji and her coworkers,' read the 42-page filing obtained by DailyMail.com.
That description of Cowherd comes in stark contracts to Faraji's comments about former FS1 Skip Bayless and current network executive Charlie Dixon, both of whom she accuses of sexual harassment. And for that matter, Cowherd comes off much better than fellow FS1 host Joy Taylor, who is alleged to have discouraged Faraji from making sexual harassment complaints against Bayless and Dixon.
'Shout out to Colin Cowherd,' read one post on X. 'A complete gentleman.'
The post goes on to mention another FS1 host, Nick Wright, 'who is not mentioned once in those 42 pages.'

Hair stylist Noushin Faraji (pictured) has accused Fox Sports of creating a hostile workplace
'We may hate Colin Cowherd's takes, but by all accounts, he isn't a piece of s*** human,' read one response to the lawsuit.
'Colin Cowherd just shows up to work, blasts his s*** football takes, and then goes home faithfully to his wife,' read another. 'A true legend.'
Another added: 'Just pure Sports Takes; No off the field nonsense; Cowherd is the GOAT.'
Much of the lawsuit focuses on allegations of sexual harassment, sexual battery, negligent supervision, retaliation and other hostile workplace issues between 2012 and August of 2024.
Bayless is accused of offering $1.5million to Faraji for sex, while Dixon is accused of groping the stylist's buttocks.
Taylor, herself, is accused of dismissing Faraji's complaints about sexual harassment against Bayless and Dixon, telling the hair stylist to 'get over it.'
But in addition to those allegations are Faraji's claims that Taylor leveraged sex to advance her career – first with Dixon and then with Emmanuel Acho, the retired NFL linebacker and Taylor's co-host on FS1's 'Speak.'

Acho is also described in the lawsuit as being 'respectful' to Faraji.
Fox has released a brief statement, although Taylor, Bayless, and Acho have remained silent on the issue.
'We take these allegations seriously and will allow the legal process to run its course,' read the network statement. 'We have no further comment at this time.'
DailyMail.com has reached out to Taylor's representatives and her foundation for comment. Attorneys for Bayless, Dixon and Taylor have not yet been provided to Los Angeles Superior Court.
The sister of former Miami Dolphins star Jason Taylor, Joy Taylor was engaged to former NBA player-turned-coach Earl Watson, although the pair has since split.
