Firefox does it again - trashed tabs position

Firefox just updated their browser and my settings with tabs below the address bar are now on top. This is a continuing problem with them and a bunch of years (12-15 or longer) ago they decided to change tab location placement and each time some kind IT type has user chrome steps to put them back where they belong, below the address bar.
So I can use some help to put them back and, no, I'm not going to change to Brave or some other browser -- I have add-ons that I use every day here on FR so just looking for someone to help me out.

Consider yourself lucky if that’s your biggest problem in life.

Do what?
Tabs are always above the Address bar. Am I just misunderstanding?

Actually, I wouldn’t call his an issue. More like a request that some Firefox users like.

For a longtime user like myself, tabs were originally below the menu and address bars, clean and easily seen. Firefox decided to follow other browsers and put them on top, but those who enjoyed them on the bottom have to resort to adding steps in the userchrome.css file to get them where they belong. It’s been relatively easy for a programmer to achieve but for us users, especially an old or older one like myself, it’s more daunting and help is needed.

/* This reorders toolbar to place tabs below other toolbars. Requires Firefox 133+ */
Thanks, that's exactly what I am looking for and other commenters verify it works with FF version 133. It's too bad that browser users have to resort to this. But I've found over the years the folks here on FR have the skills to help others so it's much appreciated.
