A Florida statewide Grand Jury investigating the production and safety of the COVID-19 injections released its report Tuesday that found “profound and serious issues involving the process of vaccine development and safety surveillance in the United States.”
Convened at the request of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis in December 2022 “to investigate crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-19 vaccine,” the 22nd Statewide Grand Jury recommended policy changes reflecting the “deceptive” development practices of pharmaceutical companies as well as their collusion with the federal government to promote the controversial shots.
Posting to his X account some of the highlights of the report, DeSantis described the collusive relationships among Big Pharma, the federal government, and scientific journals that ultimately served to hide important information about the drugs – mandated for many – from the American public.
“While we are still reading through the report and its recommendations, it details that, through deception and taking ‘advantage of scientific journal infrastructure’ to hide adverse events from the public, Big Pharma engaged in a ‘pattern of deceptive and obfuscatory behavior,’” DeSantis wrote. “Big Pharma brought in billions of dollars in profit, and the federal government amplified bogus ‘studies,’ all while suppressing any opposition that went against their preferred narrative. Instead of federal agencies acting as a backstop to bad incentives, they worked closely with Big Pharma as they cut corners, even becoming unpaid advertisers on their behalf.”
Despite citing such serious issues concerning “deceptive and obfuscatory behavior” that have appeared to impact many Americans, the Grand Jury said it did not find “any indictable criminal activity.”
DeSantis explained the depth of the investigation undertaken by the Grand Jury: “The Grand Jury also details the frustrations of many, stating, ‘these sponsors have taken in billions of taxpayer dollars for creating and selling their vaccines; they cannot be sued if something goes wrong with them; they have access to critical information about deaths related to a side effect of their products; and the public does not have access to that information.’”
A recent example of some of the “critical information” about the mRNA vaccines hidden from Americans was revealed in a peer-reviewed “bombshell” study published December 3 in the journal Science, Public Health Policy, and the Law.
The research found the mRNA-based Pfizer COVID injections “contain large amounts of residual DNA ‘in all lots with concentrations ranging from 32.7 ng to 43.4 ng per clinical dose.’”
“This far exceeds the maximal acceptable concentration of 10 ng per clinical dose that has been set by international regulatory authorities,” wrote the apparently alarmed German researchers Kämmerer et al, who concluded: “Our results raise grave concerns regarding the safety of the BNT162b2 vaccine and call for an immediate halt of all RNA biologicals unless these concerns can be dispelled.”
Kämmerer et al also found simian virus (SV) 40 DNA contaminants in the Pfizer injections, which an earlier study published in 2004 at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) described as “a known oncogenic DNA virus which induces primary brain and bone cancers, malignant mesothelioma, and lymphomas in laboratory animals.”
Researchers Vilchez and Butel at Baylor College of Medicine added regarding SV40’s impact on humans: “Persuasive evidence now indicates that SV40 is causing infections in humans today and represents an emerging pathogen. A meta-analysis of molecular, pathological, and clinical data from 1,793 cancer patients indicates that there is a significant excess risk of SV40 associated with human primary brain cancers, primary bone cancers, malignant mesothelioma, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Experimental data strongly suggest that SV40 may be functionally important in the development of some of those human malignancies.”
In comments to The Defender in December, immunologist and biochemist Jessica Rose, Ph.D. had high praise for the work of Kämmerer et al. “This paper is the paper of the century,” she stated. “The paper is not only a work of art in terms of the study layout. It is very well-written and settles ongoing “issues” pertaining to allegations made by regulatory bodies that the DNA contamination issue is misinformation.”
DeSantis urged that the Grand Jury’s recommendations be heeded. “The status quo cannot continue,” he wrote. “The American people deserve transparency on how Big Pharma is using their federal tax dollars, and they deserve regulating entities that operate as watchdogs, not cheerleaders.”
