Monday brings the penultimate night of Nations League football as the November international break draws to a conclusion.

England's two games this month have already been and gone but there are still some big teams yet to conclude their business, with the likes of Spain and Portugal looking to end the year on a positive note.

Here's how you can tune into Monday night's action around Europe.

There are some high-level match-ups on Monday evening, with four League A fixtures available to watch.

After finally ending their winless streak last time out with victory over Croatia, Scotland are plotting another success when they visit Poland. John McGinn's strike earned the Scots a 1-0 win on Friday but they'll be coming up against Robert Lewandowski, arguably the most in-form forward throughout Europe after bagging 19 goals in 17 games for Barcelona.

Portugal are already assured of a place in the Nations League quarter-finals, having taken a stranglehold on Group 1, but Cristiano Ronaldo will be on the hunt for more goals when the Selecao visit Croatia. Luka Modric and co were downed by McGinn last week and need a point to be certain of a spot in the next phase.

Over in Group 2, it's winner takes all between Serbia and Denmark. The Danes currently hold a two-point advantage and will qualify if they avoid defeat, though they are on a three-match winless streak.

Euro 2024 champions Spain have little to worry about. Luis de la Fuente's squad cannot finish any lower than first and take on a Switzerland outfit who are yet to win a single game in the group.

Down in League C, Northern Ireland can jump up a division by securing a positive result in Luxembourg. They currently lead Group 3 but Bulgaria and Belarus both remain in contention for top-two finishes.

Other matches such as Kosovo vs Lithuania, Romania vs Cyprus and Liechtenstein vs San Marino are also available to watch in the United Kingdom and North America.
