Halle Berry was spotted with her son, Maceo, over the weekend, days after being accused of child abuse by her ex-husband Olivier Martinez.

The actress and her fiancé, Van Hunt, took the 12-year-old to Sky Zone in Los Angeles on Sunday, in photos obtained by Page Six.

The trio, who were accompanied by the preteen’s pals, also shopped at Best Buy.

The “Catwoman” star, 60, sported a black camisole, green cargo pants and a cream fedora for the sunny excursion. Hunt, 56, and Maceo also cut casual figures in graphic tees.

The outing comes on the heels of Berry’s former spouse accusing her of jumping on their child, putting her hands around his neck and choking him on Sept. 26.

His restraining order filing included text exchanges between Maceo and his dad in which the tween begged to “please” be picked up from Berry’s home — and Martinez claimed Maceo later told him about the alleged altercation with his mom.

Berry, in a message of her own, wrote to Martinez that she felt “terrible” about the “fight” with her son, which was allegedly over Maceo playing a virtual reality game.

In addition to alleged “abusive conduct,” Martinez claimed his ex has an “alcohol abuse” problem and makes racially charged statements to Maceo about him.

The actor pleaded for sole custody in the filing instead of the former couple’s previous 50/50 agreement — and this request was temporarily granted.

Berry has been ordered to take part in court-ordered visitation two days a week and every other weekend until their next hearing on Oct. 16.

The Golden Globe winner denied her former spouse’s “outrageous” claims via her lawyer, Marina Beck, last week, with her attorney pointing out Martinez’s allegedly “erratic, possessive and violent behavior” over the years.

The statement read, “There is voluminous evidence, including numerous judicial rulings, that Olivier Martinez repeatedly violated court orders and interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry’s minor son Maceo — misconduct for which Mr. Martinez has already been legally sanctioned.

“While she is deeply saddened, she will not allow it to deter her from fighting for Maceo’s best interests and providing him with the love and support he needs,” Beck concluded.

Berry, who is also the mother of 18-year-old daughter Nahla with ex Gabriel Aubry, was married to Martinez between 2013 and 2016.

Their contentious custody battle was settled in August 2023.

Berry sought primary custody in 2024, alleging at the time that she spent $200,000 in her attempts to co-parent with her ex, accusing him of “refus[ing]” to engage with her amicably.

The former pageant queen’s relationship with Hunt, which began in 2020, is her first public romance since splitting from Martinez.

Hunt got down on one knee in 2025 — but Berry did not accept the singer’s proposal until earlier this year.
