The killer of Henry Nowak has been given permission to appeal his prison sentence.
Vickrum Digwa's case will be heard at the Court of Appeal on November 5.
In June he was sentenced to a minimum of 21 years imprisonment for murdering Henry Nowak.
The 18-year-old university student was fatally stabbed while walking home from a night out with friends in Southampton.
