Halo: Campaign Evolved is looking very crisp, bright, and Unreal Engine 5-y in its new mission trailer. It might not have the same feel and character of the original, but it is certainly very, very shiny looking.

Microsoft revealed during its 2026 Xbox summer showcase that its remake of 2001’s Halo: Combat Evolved for the original Xbox will arrive on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC starting on July 28 for $50, though fans who buy the $70 premium edition will unlock access a full five days earlier on July 23.
