Hong Kong Inspur Cloud Established Operations at Cyberport Collaborate to Promote the Development of Computing Power Clusters and Big Models, Empower Industry by Enhancing Hong Kong’s AI Capabilities

One of the strategic enterprises introduced by the HKSAR Government, Hong Kong Inspur Cloud Services Co. Ltd. (“Hong Kong Inspur Cloud”), has announced its establishment at Cyberport. The two parties have signed a MoU of cooperation to promote the development of Hong Kong’s AI ecosystem, collaborate to build the infrastructure for computing power cluster in Hong Kong, enhance cloud computing and big model development, set up an AI training system, and accelerate the settlement of outstanding enterprises of relevant fields at Cyberport.

In the field of AI, Inspur Cloud focuses on the deployment of big models and has created products   represented by Inspur’s Hairuo big model, which cover end-to-end service systems for infrastructure, platform business, applications, and services. Inspur has also established the Hairuo AI Agent. Inspur Cloud landed at Cyberport, with plans to formulate the future development strategies and a business model with a team of technical experts and management professionals. Inspur Cloud and Cyberport will also work together to promote the development of computing power cluster with a view to sharing resources and fostering collaborative innovation. In addition, leveraging its deep technical expertise and innovative capabilities in the field of AI, Inspur Cloud will strive to train more professional service providers, integrate advanced algorithms, big data processing technologies, and powerful computing resources, and provide intelligent solutions for enterprises and institutions in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Furthermore, the company will target overseas markets, exporting advanced technologies and services of Hairuo big model, actively promoting international business, and helping global customers achieve digital transformation and upgrades. Inspur Cloud will also make full use of its extensive market network, select enterprises that align with its development strategy, and facilitate their settlement in Cyberport to promote exchange and cooperation among enterprises, accelerate integration and collaborative development of the ecosystem. 

Cyberport, as Hong Kong’s digital technology hub, AI core base and a strategic partner of Hong Kong Inspur Cloud, will provide all-round support to Inspur Cloud and its ecosystem enterprises. In addition, Cyberport will work with Hong Kong Inspur Cloud to establish a training system to nurture high-quality professionals. Cyberport will also help to promote the Hairuo AI Agent to connect more start-ups and partners to apply the technology and facilitate the development of relevant ecosystem.
