Horrifying footage shows moment pack of dogs attacks boy on his way to play soccer

Disturbing footage shows the moment a savage pack of nine vicious dogs attacked a young boy on his way to play soccer in Brazil — ripping off his clothes and gnawing at his legs as he screamed for help, his distraught mother said.

The 11-year-old is shown walking with a friend down a rural street in Guarapuava on May 30, when the ruthless canines suddenly surround him apparently at random, surveillance footage shockingly shows.

The snarling beasts then drag the him into their bloodthirsty pack as he screams in horror and tries to shield himself from the attack, according to the footage, which was posted by the UK Sun.

The mutts rip off the kid’s shorts and then bite at his legs as his terror-stricken friend bolts away, leaving him to fend for himself.

The boy’s mother, Gisele Rocha de Oliveira, said the owner of the dogs passed by during the attack but did nothing to stop it.

“When I went to look at his legs, I felt horrified to see the dogs’ owner coming down the street, seeing the situation of the dogs attacking a child … doing nothing,” she said.

The canines’ owner has been identified and could face charges for failing to properly control the animals, as well as for bodily harm. Cops are also investigating whether the owner may have mistreated the dogs.

Rocha de Oliveira said the mauling also left her son with deep emotional wounds.

“He went to school, but my husband had to pick him up because he is afraid of the dogs, he is afraid to go out on the street,” she said.

It’s unclear what injuries the boy, who was not identified, suffered.
