How to get Clix Icon Series skins in Fortnite

Fortnite is set to release Icon Series skins dedicated to professional player Clix and here’s everything you need to know to get them.

Aside from collabs with popular video game characters and TV shows, Fortnite is known to honor many real-life stars who are influential across various fields. This doesn’t just include musicians and actors but also streamers and content creators.

One name that comes to mind regarding the latter is Clix, who previously hinted at getting his own skin in the game. Shortly after abruptly ending his stream, Epic shared a cryptic post on X, writing: “Fill me in, what’s happening on 3.17.25?”

As it turns out, it is only a matter of time before the professional esports player, who is also a content creator and entrepreneur, joins the Icon Series lineup.

Clix will be getting multiple outfits in his Icon Series.

The Clix Icon Series skins will be released on March 22, 2025, at 8 PM ET. 

But there’s a catch to this. Unlike previous Icon Series skins, he will be getting three skins in total, one of which will be an entirely different outfit that’s not based on his real-life appearance. 

The first two skins will have him wearing a more casual ‘gamer style’ wear and a sophisticated suit, while the additional skin will feature an original Fortnite character, Sparkplug – a nod to Clix’s favorite outfit in-game.

This isn’t just a regular Sparkplug, though. Rather, it will be a remixed version of the character, which has her rocking a clean-looking suit.

How to get Clix Icon Series skins

Players will be able to get the Clix skins by purchasing the bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks once it drops in the shop. This bundle will also include additional cosmetics that go along the outfits. 

As usual, players will also be able to opt to purchase the items separately if they just want to add specific things to their locker.

How to unlock the Clix bundle early for free

The Clix bundle will not only be released in the Item Shop but will also be made available early and for free for players who participate in a cup. 

To unlock the entire bundle early, players will need to compete in the Clix Cup that’ll be available on March 21, 2025, and place among the higher ranks. This tournament will have a trios format, where you’ll need to score as many points as possible by eliminating other players or securing Victory Royale.

In this three-hour, 10-match cup, the teams placing the highest in each region will unlock the bundle, while the second-highest teams will be able to get the Sparx outfit.

The Dr3amin Spray will be one of the free rewards players can unlock from the cup.

In addition, the Dr3amin Spray will be available to players as long as they score at least eight points.
