Fortnite is getting a brand new Lara Croft skin, which is set to include additional cosmetics, according to leaks. Here’s how you’ll be able to get the new Tomb Raider skin.
Fortnite has had a ton of collabs throughout the years, and one thing is for sure: they’re not one to shy away from bringing other popular video game characters to the Battle Royale. One such character who has been sought after is Lara Croft, who was first introduced in 2021.
However, since she was included in the old Chapter 2, Season 6 Battle Pass, which was way before the new exclusivity changes were announced, obtaining her ‘OG’ skins is no longer possible.
In a surprising turn of events, however, leakers have claimed she’s returning to the game soon. We’ve compiled all the details you need to know below if you’d like to get the Lara Croft skin.
Fortnite’s new Lara Croft skin release date
According to well-known leaker SpushFNBR, the new Lara Croft collab will be released on March 14, 2025.
LARA CROFT WILL BE AVAILABLE MARCH 14 🔥
– FULL SKIN BUNDLE: 2,200 V-Bucks
– LARA CROFT 2000's SKIN: 1,500 V-bucks
– TOMB RAIDER BACKPACK: 300 V-Bucks
– ATLANTIS SCION EMOTE: 400 V-Bucks
— Shiina (@ShiinaBR) March 12, 2025
This won’t be the same skin as the old Battle Pass outfit. Instead, this time, the skin will be based on her appearance in Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, where she wears a black top with camo short pants.
How to get the Lara Croft skin
Players will be able to get the Lara Croft skin by purchasing it for 1500 V-Bucks once it drops in the Item Shop.
Of course, like any other collab, she will also receive her own set of additional cosmetics, such as a pickaxe, back bling, and others that can be purchased in a bundle.
Leaks have also mentioned that a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon x Tomb Raider car will be coming to Fortnite and Rocket League. Apparently, this will be equippable as an SUV in the Battle Royale title.
