Iran’s top diplomat warned Sunday that the Islamic Republic would take care of some “unfinished jobs” if the US renewed its attacks on the Middle Eastern nation.

“Last time you wanted to ‘finish the job’, Iran emerged even stronger. Want to try your luck again?” Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi wrote on X in response to President Trump’s repeated warnings that America would “finish the job” if Tehran refused to concede defeat and give up its nuclear ambitions

“Be our guest,” Araghchi added. “But be careful; we have unfinished jobs too.”

Iran has repeatedly warned that it would target US interests in the Middle East if Trump orders a new wave of strikes.

Iran’s previous attacks have hit US military outposts in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.

Tehran has also threatened to attacks its Gulf neighbors in a ploy to widen the war, spread instability, and hurt America’s standing in the region.

Along with the fresh threats, Araghchi also called on the US to reject Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, blaming the Jewish state for starting the war by alleging that Iran was just days away from developing a nuclear weapon.

“Netanyahu is driving America into another war to stay out of jail, whatever the consequences for Israel —let alone POTUS,” the foreign minister wrote.

Israelis will go to the polls next week to elect a new government, with Netanyahu hoping to continue his record of remaining in power since March 2009 — with the exception of 18 months between the middle of 2021 and the end of 2022.

Araghchi’s warning came just hours after he claimed that the Strait of Hormuz could be reopened fully within days if the US agrees to all of Iran’s terms, including lifting oil sanctions and the naval blockade.
