Joe Rogan locked in a multi-year partnership with streaming giant Spotify, securing a deal estimated to be worth upwards of $250 million, according to new reports.
The podcast host renewed his licensing agreement with the platform, which will continue to stream episodes of his show. The financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed, but sources close to the situation cited the $250 million estimate, according to The Wall Street Journal.

“The partnership with Spotify has been an amazing fit, and they’re incredible to work with,” Rogan said in a statement issued to The Hollywood Reporter.
“I’m extremely happy and excited to continue with them for years to come,” Rogan added.
The partnership between Rogan and Spotify began in 2020, with Spotify’s exclusive licensing rights to “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
Spotify ended its exclusive deal with Rogan in 2024 and began distributing the podcast more widely.
“The Joe Rogan Experience” features candid discussions with comedians, musicians, actors, and public figures, and has more than 18 million followers on Spotify. Jordan Newman, head of content partnerships for Spotify, said, “Joe has built something incredibly enduring, and his show continues to resonate with a massive global audience because there’s simply nothing else like it,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
He continued, “Spotify’s podcast business has grown alongside JRE over the years, and we’re excited to keep building on that partnership for years to come.”
