Kanye West is facing a bombshell new lawsuit from an ex-employee accusing him of lewd behavior and anti-Semitism.

The rapper, 47, who was accused of 'hiring a fixer' to follow wife Bianca Censori in another lawsuit last month, has been hit by claims he donned a swastika shirt after making his former project manager listen to him and Censori, 29, have sex.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Murphy Aficionado alleges West summoned him to a Beverly Hills hotel room in November 2022, and that when he walked in West was 'shirtless and out of breath with his pants unbuttoned.'

The suit claims Censori 'was topless with her hands barely covering her breasts' and that it was 'obvious they had just had sex.'

Aficioniado claims West referred to Candace Owens' former lawyer as a 'Jewish spy' during the meeting.

He claims West then ran to the room where Censori was and said: 'Wait right here. Do NOT leave' - and that within seconds he could hear 'loud moaning and clapping' signalling West and Censori were having sex again.

Aficioniado also claims that 10 minutes later West came back out  'as if nothing had happened' and wearing a T-shirt with the Nazi logo on, before asking him: 'Don't you like my shirt?'

He further claims that West sat down with him after and showed him naked photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

Aficionado also alleges West called him  back to the hotel later that week where he saw the star and a 'famous NFL wide receiver' clad in towels around their waists ahead of getting massages.

He claims West demanded he sit there again to wait again and that he heard 'clapping and moaning' as West and the masseuse allegedly had sex.

The suit alleges that when West left the room, the NFL star went in and further sexual sounds were heard.

Aficionado was fired in 2023 by West and is now suing for discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation and failure to pay wages.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for West for comment.

West's descent into anti-Semitism began on October 8, 2022, when he tweeted: 'I'm a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I'm going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.'

The outburst saw him lose his billionaire status after Adidas dropped him along with multiple other high-profile endorsements.

Last month a former staffer of the rapper alleged West instructed him to get private investigators to 'tail' his wife while she was abroad and claims excessive use of nitrous oxide led to 'erratic behavior' by the star.

The Michigan John Doe was initially hired as West's campaign manager as he considered another presidential run in December 2022 - but claims his role changed to 'Director of Intelligence' for Yeezy when West 'ramped' up his political efforts.

Doe claims in the lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone his job was to 'limit West's risks and bad press' in a wide-ranging role which saw him conduct investigations and handle NDAs.

Doe alleges that Censori and the Kardashians - which includes Kanye's ex-wife Kim Kardashian were the subject of the investigations - with Censori allegedly followed by private investigators at West's behest.

The 22 page lawsuit filed in LA reads: 'A particularly notable task by Ye was to have Doe hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was traveling alone to visit family in Australia, without Ms. Censori’s knowledge.'

In May Doe cites West began exhibiting 'erratic behavior' including spending $850,000 on a set of titanium teeth and sacking a 'large majority of the Yeezy leadership - including former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos - who has also accused West of being hooked on nitrous oxide.

The alleged behavior came at a time when West was claimed to be consuming nitrous oxide - which Doe believes 'played a role in West’s decision-making at the time.'

Doe's attorney Ronald Zambrano told the publication: 'My client believes there is a direct correlation between the nitrous oxide and the increase in paranoia and siege mentality that ended up happening in that timeframe that Doe worked for West.

'There were internal concerns about the amount of nitrous oxide that was being delivered to his house.'

The lawsuit claims Doe's employment ended in mid-May when he got a call from a Donda Academy teacher 'regarding safety concerns they had about some of the students.'

Doe says he informed Yeezy leadership about the call and 'almost immediately' West allegedly 'called Doe to yell, curse and threaten Doe with great bodily injury, including death, if Doe repeated what Doe learned from the Donda employee.'

West allegedly told Doe he was 'f*****g dead to [him]' and played a recording of 'scary voices that were threatening to harm' Doe - per the suit.

Doe claims in the following days West's 'enforcers' began to threaten him, triggering his PTSD from past military experience.

The lawsuit claims: '[Doe] experienced panic attacks, anxiety, and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.'

Doe is suing West for emotional distress, retaliation and several violations of California labor codes.

The plaintiff is seeking restitution of unpaid wages, attorneys’ fees, and general and punitive damages to be determined at trial.

Since bursting onto the rap scene over 20 years ago, West has sold an incredible 160million records worldwide and is a 24-time Grammy Award winner. He has two Diamond certified songs — 2007's Stronger and 2011's N***** in Paris featuring Jay-Z — and all 10 of his albums have been at least certified Gold.

His 10th studio album, Vultures 1, went straight to No.1 when it was released in February 2024. It was done in collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign as their hip hop duo ¥$.

West previously teased that a follow-up album, Vultures 2, is in the works. The chatter around West's alleged musical retirement comes amid a slew of legal woes for the rapper - mostly relating to his crumbling Yeezy empire.
