She’s not taking it lying down.
A Long Island stripper shot back at her married doctor ex-beau’s accusations that she sent him a threatening photo of a gun – arguing the pic was actually a snap of a “Scarface” movie poster, court papers revealed.
The documents expose more sordid details on a wild he-said, she-said between wealthy family physician Keith Hoerning, 51, and bump-and-grinder Rosana Kissoon, 39, who filed a $1 million lawsuit against him after he tried to get her arrested as their extramarital dalliance imploded.
Hoerning — with whom Kissoon allegedly had an 18-month affair filled with fawning “I love you” texts — peppered a sworn restraining order application with falsehoods, including that his exotic dancer flame threatened to sic “hired goons” on him and fired off a menacing photo of a gun, the lawsuit contends.
“In fact, the photograph in question depicts a framed piece of Scarface motion picture memorabilia — a 20th Anniversary Edition poster of the actor Al Pacino holding a prop firearm,” Kissoon’s lawsuit states.
“No photograph of an actual firearm was ever sent.”
The tempest in a C-cup tipped into public view after Kissoon sued Hoerning in Suffolk County court as the curtain fell on July.
The take-no-prisoners stripper argued that Hoerning tried to weaponize the courts and police against her after she told his wife Nicole Hoerning — who is listed as a defendant in the lawsuit — about their affair during a phone call.
Hoerning allegedly gave his mistress “substantial financial support” over their nearly two-year-long affair, along with repeated professions of love, the lawsuit states.
But the lovey-dovey doc abruptly changed his tune by May 15, when his lawyer sent Kissoon a cease-and-desist letter demanding she stop contacting him or his family, the suit contends.
Despite the threat, Hoerning allegedly continued to affectionate messaging Kissoon until May 26 — when she called his wife.
Hoerning blew up his former mistress’ phone on the same day she spilled the beans to his wife, the filing states, claiming that the lovesick doc made “approximately eighteen (18) outgoing calls” to Kissoon’s cell on that day.
A day later, the doctor filed a criminal complaint at Suffolk County Police Department against Kissoon that alleged aggravated harassment.
He coupled it with a sworn family offense petition accusing Kissoon of threatening to “rip your wife’s… face off,” among other threats, including the gun-or-maybe-just-a-Scarface photo, the lawsuit states.
Hoerning also claimed in his sworn statement that “she has told me she has a license to use a handgun,” securing a temporary order forcing her to surrender her weapons.
But her suit claims that she never had a gun license, citing a police records query that immediately came back with a “NEGATIVE PISTOL LICENSE,” court docs state.
In his court paperwork, Hoerning checked boxes accusing Kissoon of additional crimes including felony theft and attempted assault — yet he failed to mention a single stolen item or physical attack, according to the suit, which pointed out that all cash had flowed “voluntarily” from the doctor.
After the lawsuit, Hoerning’s lawyer contended Kissoon was engaging in a heartless, kiss-and-tell extortion plot. His attorney didn’t return a request for comment.
The doctor’s spouse Nicole Hoerning sat on the massive front porch of their $900,000 home in Greenlawn, a peaceful Long Island hamlet, when reached by The Post on Monday.
She declined to comment, including on questions about her current relationship with Hoerning.
