Lost track on how to post images

It has been so long since I posted any images with articles, and I've been through a few computers, too, since the last time.
I used to have a Photobucket account from which I could transfer images. Is having an image/photo account still necessary?
Can images be transferred from something like Canva?

I’ve kind of been wondering the same. It used to be photobucket for me...lol. I don’t even think they exist any more.

The HTML Sandbox has instructions on how to post images.
You need some place where you can store the image and display it directly via an HTTP request. That's why you can't store it on your home computer - because we don't have a way to get to your computer via the web. I don't know if Canva allows you to share the image location directly.

IIRC, photobucket now charges for the storage of your pics and videos............

I had a few images there on photobucket back in the day, maybe 10 or so, nothing important.
They sent out emails to everyone to the effect that they were going to start charging and if you didn’t get your stuff out they would be lost..................
