A love-starved Big Apple widow who plunked down nearly $6 million for the services of a male escort knew what she was getting into and won’t be getting her money back, a New York judge has ruled.

Marianne Flippo, 49, sued hunk-for-hire Greggory Starr claiming he coerced her to open a joint bank account after hooking up with the gigolo through an escort service and scammed her out of the money, including transferring more than $1 million to an off-shore account in the Middle East.

But in a two-page ruling released last week, Supreme Court Justice Lyle Frank ruled that the lonely widow “failed to establish entitlement to the relief sought,” and “failed to demonstrate irreparable harm.”

“The allegations in the complaint involve a contract, to which defendants have submitted audio recordings of what appears to be plaintiff’s knowing and willing acknowledgement of the contents thereof,” he wrote.

Flippo, the widow of Chad Flippo, the inventor of the game “Roblox” who died in August 2024, hooked up with Starr through the male escort service, Cowboys 4 Angels, starting a two-year fling.

In court papers, the widow claimed the escort service and the gigolo siphoned millions from her during the steamy affair — which Starr described as true love in court papers.

The chiseled gigolo, who underwent extensive plastic surgery to achieve his icy stare and sculpted abs, according to graphic videos, even said the two talked of marriage.

But Flippo claims it was all a scam.

“I now realize I was foolish,” a mortified Flippo wrote in her Manhattan Supreme Court filing.

Flippo’s lawyer, Larry Hutcher, said at a court hearing last month that Starr fled to Dubai with his client’s cash, a claim the 38-year-old escort claimed was just an overseas vacation.

In a statement Sunday, his lawyers, Jeremy Feigenbaum and Todd Spodek, hailed Frank’s decision.

“The ruling confirms what we have said from the outset: moving funds between accounts bearing Greg’s own name is not concealment, and suspicion is not a substitute for evidence,” they said.

“The Court rejected the effort to turn an ordinary paper trail into something sinister,” the attorneys added. “Two consenting adults entered into a bona fide agreement, and a later change of heart does not erase the legitimacy of either the relationship or the contract.”
