Meghan Trainor has revealed the secret to her new look - and she can't credit just one thing.

Over the past few months, many fans have noticed that the All About That Bass singer, 31, has been looking drastically different, as she admitted to getting a breast augmentation and lift as well as Botox.

Her slimmed-down figure also has some of her listeners wondering if she's on Ozempic or a similar GLP-1 medication, but she's credited her physique to weight lifting.

However, while being interviewed on the red carpet at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event Saturday, she finally revealed what was behind her changing appearance, as a reporter asked her the 'secret' to her health journey.

'Science is the secret, I love it,' Trainor gushed to Entertainment Tonight.

'I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea, I was working out so incorrectly,' she continued.

Over the past few months, many fans have noticed that the All About That Bass singer has been looking a bit different, as she admitted to getting a breast augmentation and lift as well as Botox

'I learned a lot of tricks that I had no idea, I was working out so incorrectly,' she continued

'For so long I was like running and doing cardio and my body was inflamed always, hates it,' Trainor added.

The mom-of-two also shared that she was really excited about 'biohacking' - an approach to self-care that involves trying to better your biological age.

'I'm trying to biohack my body, so anything that will help me age backwards, I'm into it,' Trainor told the outlet.

'I just learned about the NADs, I was like, make me Hailey Bieber, I'll do it, I'll take it, so yeah I'm trying, I'm trying all the things,' she said, in reference to the IV therapy loved by Kendall Jenner and Hailey.

NAD+ is a coenzyme that people often get infused via IV, as it has a number of benefits, like boosting cognitive function, energy, memory and can even have anti-aging effects.

'I love a doctor explaining stuff to me. Science!' Trainor concluded at the end of the interview.

This isn't the first time that Trainor has opened up about her love for science and surgery.

Earlier this year, the singer spoke about her decision to go under the knife, explaining that it was something that she had been thinking about for a long time.

However, even though she was happy with her body, she still wasn't happy with her breasts due to the 'sagginess' that had occurred from having children and weight fluctuation

'I have never been more comfortable in my body,' Trainor told People of her body today.

'Maybe it's because I'm in my 30s now and I'm better. I've been working with a therapist for a long time, trying to rewire my brain to love myself more,' she continued.

'It's always something like a work in progress, and that's why I write all these anthemic songs of, "I love myself," because it's constantly a thing I'm working on and I notice my fans are also working on that. So that's how we connect,' Trainor shared.

However, even though she was happy with her body, she still wasn't happy with her breasts due to the 'sagginess' that had occurred from having children and weight fluctuation.

It took about a week for her to heal from the surgery, and now is feeling more confident than ever.

'It's so important to find a surgeon who has the best attitude and who is the kindest — and who you feel comfortable being fully naked with,' she said at the time.

'It was a big decision, but it felt like I was just doing something for me. This was my present to myself.'
