Megyn Kelly ripped into Morning Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski for hypocrisy after their meeting at Mar-a-Lago to make peace with Donald Trump.
The married cohosts of MSNBC's 'Morning Joe' said on Monday they traveled 'personally' to meet with Trump on Friday in order to 'restart communications and set a 'new approach' ahead of his second term.
Liberals and conservatives have denounced the pair, while staffers have defended them anonymously, but Kelly almost at a loss for words at their having 'done a 180,' before finding a very profane one.
'I searched for a way to respond appropriately, and I called on my 10 years as a litigator, in addition to my now 20 as a journalist, and I think I found the perfect phrase: Go f*** yourselves,' she said on The Megyn Kelly Show Monday.
Just weeks before the election, the show had claimed Trump was embracing 'fascist' tendencies.
'Go f*** yourselves. Go f*** yourselves you dishonest jokes of faux journalists. What an absurd farce… Which one was insincere? He's Hitler? Or now we're going to speak truth to power and find a way of speaking to and working with Donald Trump? Which one was a lie?'
She claimed that this was being done because their ratings are starting to 'circle the bowl.'
Her guest, left-leaning journalist Glenn Greenwald, went even further in speaking his lack of respect for the first family of MSNBC.

'This is not hyperbole. I've given actual thought to this. I've done rankings. Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski are the most humiliating and pathetic people in all of corporate media, and I realized there's a lot of serious contenders for that crown,' he said.
Greenwald added that the hosts 'don't believe in anything other than their own career in their own ratings.'
Kelly even agreed with typically hysterical ex-MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann's reaction to the pair.
She then let a secret out that she had to turn down a public event with Scarborough once she heard he'd been involved.
'I was recently asked to be part of a debate, and I was considering doing this debate, and then they told me that Scarborough had been subbed in for the other person who I was going to be across from, and as soon as I heard his name, my answer was no. In no world would I ever appear with that cretin,' she said.
Kelly added: 'He is as low as you can go in our field, in our media field, and that's saying something. He will do anything, say anything, to make himself feel important.'
Brzezinski said they decided to reach out to Trump for 'the opportunity to speak with the President-elect, himself' because their viewers and 'regular citizens' have expressed fear following Trump's election and his recent cabinet selections.
'On Friday, we were given the opportunity to do just that. Joe and I went to Mar-a-Lago to meet personally with President-elect Trump. It was the first time we have seen him in seven years,' Brzezinski said as she opened the show Monday.

Scarborough continued, saying the three 'talked about a lot of issues, including abortion, mass deportation, threats of political retribution against political opponents and media outlets.'
Trump and the 'Morning Joe' stars have had a contentious relationship since the Republican entered politics - with Scarborough leaving the Republican party as a result.
Brzezinski revealed the last time the hosts spoke to Trump was in March of 2020 - other than when Scarborough called him after the attempt on his life in Butler, Pennsylvania, over the summer.
Trump said Scarborough requested the meeting and that pair traveled to Palm Beach, Florida, to meet on Friday morning at Mar-a-Lago.
'Many things were discussed, and I very much appreciated the fact that they wanted to have open communication,' he said. 'In many ways, it's too bad that it wasn't done long ago.'
Trump said that both of the hosts, 'congratulated me on running a 'great and flawless campaign, one for the history books.'
The pair had not met with Trump in seven years.
But Trump appeared willing to bury the hatchet on Friday, describing the meeting as 'extremely cordial.'
Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski have revealed they visited president-elect Donald Trump at Mar-A-Lago over the weekend
'The meeting ended in a very positive manner, and we agreed to speak in the future,' he said.
Despite striking up a warm media relationship when he ran for president the first time in 2016, Brzezinski and Scarborough had a falling out with the president after he shocked the world and beat failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Scarborough and Brzezinski were soon highly critical of Trump's presidency, after he entered the White House, repeatedly condemning him on their morning news program.
Brzezinski in particular repeatedly needled Trump for being 'mentally ill' and speculated about his need to see a psychiatrist.
In June 2017, Trump fired back at the pair on social media, recalling how 'low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe,' came to Mar-a-lago for three nights in a row during New Year's Eve, and were desperate to spend time with him.
The relationship entered even more bizarre territory by Christmas 2017, when Brzezinski and Scarborough recorded a holiday-themed album called 'A Very Drumpf Christmas' with songs mocking the president.
In 2018, the TV couple made it official as they were married at a ceremony at the National Archives in front of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, signaling their commitment to Democracy.

Scarborough said they spoke about several issues pressing the country reassuring viewers that that they and Trump 'didn't see eye-to-eye on a lot of issues and we told him so.'
