Future First Lady Melania Trump's diet has been revealed in a recently resurfaced video - and her fare reportedly includes seven pieces of fruit per day.

A 2019 report by Inside Edition uncovered what her daily menu looks like, detailing that she sticks to a 'simple and healthy' diet.

The outlet reported that the Melania author drinks a smoothie for breakfast every morning, which she makes by blending together spinach, carrots, blueberries, apple juice and fat-free yogurt.

In addition to her nutrition-packed smoothie, the former model tries to eat seven pieces of 'fresh' fruit everyday, and her favorites are said to be apples and peaches.

But Melania doesn't always stick to the perfect diet - of course, she indulges at times, just like the rest of us.

Inside Edition reported that she also eats dark chocolate and the 'occasional' ice cream, but pays attention to 'portion sizes.'

And, when she's back in New York, her favorite place to eat is at the Trump International Hotel on the Upper West Side, of course, - specifically the upscale Jean-Georges restaurant there.

The outlet shared that 'nothing on the menu delighted her more' than the restaurant's chicken parmesan.

The delicious dish doesn't appear to be on the menu anymore, but the reporter said that at the time, the chicken parmesan cost a hefty $68.

During her time in The White House, Melania even continued former first lady Michelle Obama's tradition of inviting children into their vegetable garden, which was planted by Obama, per Politico.

During a 2017 event, where she had over a dozen children come to visit the garden, Melania told them that she is a 'big believer in healthy eating because it reflects on your mind and your body,' the outlet reported.

She also encouraged the kids to eat fruits and vegetables.

However, it looks like Melania's love for healthy food is a stark contrast to husband Donald Trump's diet.

It's no secret that the future President loves to dine at McDonald's and even Kentucky Fried Chicken.

During his first term at the White House, he even had a button he could press that would alert his butler to bring him a glass of Diet Coke while he went through paperwork.

Some of his other favorites include steak, crab, shrimp and cobb salad.

A source claimed that, 'Melania famously watches every bite she takes' and has 'guided their son's eating habits since he was a toddler'

The claims continued: 'Mar-a-Lago members say they spot her heading to the spa, to workout and have regular skincare and hair treatments'

However, according to a new report, both Melania and RFK Jr., who has been appointed as the next secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, are trying to change Trump's eating habits.

Sources familiar with the future president's cabinet and transition team told Page Six that the two of them are trying to get the president-elect to eat healthier.

'Think fewer Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean protein, salad and veggies for energy to improve his overall well-being,' the unidentified insider told the outlet.

The source even claimed Melania, 54, has been cooking family dinners at Trump Tower for the 78-year-old president and their son, Barron, who is 18.

'She's also encouraging him to make healthier choices,' the insider said.

The claims continued: 'Mar-a-Lago members say they spot her heading to the spa, to workout and have regular skincare and hair treatments.'

But another insider seemed to deny the dietary caution, calling the statements 'nonsense'.

'Trump eats whatever he wants,' the unnamed respondent said.
