Milania Giudice accuses family of pulling ‘Britney Spears bulls–t’ in heated bodycam footage

Milania Giudice claimed her family is treating her like Britney Spears — whose family put her under a conservatorship — in heartbreaking police bodycam footage of her recent outburst.

“I’m under conservation from my parents,” the 20-year-old said in the footage obtained by Page Six, likely intending to say conservatorship. “Or some Britney Spears bulls—t.”

Spears, notably, was placed under a conservatorship in 2008 following her public breakdown in 2007. The pop megastar’s conservatorship was terminated in November 2021 following a lengthy court battle and public outcry.

Conservatorships are usually reserved for people who have severe mental disabilities or elderly people who suffer from dementia and cannot make sound decisions for themselves.

As Page Six previously reported, Milania had an outburst at Tampa International Airport last week while traveling with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and older sister Gia Giudice.

The University of Tampa sophomore first sparked concern on Sept. 23 when she posted and deleted a video of herself lashing out at Teresa and Gia while at the airport surrounded by cops.

The moment was also captured in bodycam footage obtained by Page Six on Monday, which showed Teresa telling Milania she “wants to save [her] life” and claiming to officials that her daughter “had fentanyl in her system.”

Milania replied that she “was laced” with the powerful synthetic opioid and went on to ask her mom whether she’d put her “back in the psych ward.”

The college student had recently been released from a hospital when she went missing at the airport, running away from Teresa, Gia and a counselor, per an incident report obtained by Page Six.

The report stated Milania, who was experiencing a “mental breakdown” and “suicidal thoughts,” was found approximately 45 minutes later and boarded her flight with her family.

The bodycam footage also picked up a private discussion between the police, during which one cop said, “That’s why she got Baker Acted. They’re trying to get her back to a rehab facility.”

The Baker Act is a Florida law that allows temporary detention and involuntary psychiatric evaluation for up to 72 hours during a mental health crisis.

On Monday, Teresa released her first statement on the “psychological trauma” her daughter is battling.

“Milania has experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends,” the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star wrote via Instagram Stories.

Milania’s best friend, Victoria Zardoya, died in July after a fatal fall. Two months later, her great-grandmother died ahead of her 99th birthday.

“Grief affects everyone differently, and watching your child try to process that kind of loss is something no parent can ever truly prepare for,” the Bravolebrity said, adding that her “only focus is making sure [Milania] is surrounded by love, family, support.”
