Minecraft is officially teaming up with the iconic Herschel Supply bag company for a new physical collection and major in-game upgrade.

Many may know Herschel Supply’s iconic bags from their recognisable designs. Well, they’ve officially teamed up with Minecraft for a new collaboration that introduces a limited edition range of bags and accessories alongside a free in-game Backpack Trials add-on for Bedrock Edition players.

Essentially, the collection reimagines some of Herschel’s best-known bags with Minecraft-inspired designs like the Creeper, Enderman, Pink Sheep, the Nether, the End, and of course, the Overworld. We’ll be seeing more than a dozen different products with six custom Minecraft-inspired prints, like beanies, caps, backpacks, hip packs, pencil cases, and lunchboxes.

The stand-out product, however, is the special, super-limited Herschel Little America Cube Backpack that’ll certainly be tough to grab due to its popularity.

That’s not all, though, as the collaboration will also introduce a major update to Minecraft in the form of a free in-game Trials add-on that can be downloaded through the Minecraft Marketplace.

The add-on introduces an upgradeable Herschel Backpack that your character can use in-game to massively increase your carrying capacity, one of the game’s biggest frustrations. Once fully upgraded and stacked, the backpack can reportedly hold up to 442,368 items. Compared to the 65,668 items you can traditionally carry (ignoring the use of Shulker boxes and Ender Chests).

The Herschel x Minecraft collection is available now through Herschel Supply stores, Herschel’s online shop, and select retail partners. Meanwhile, the Herschel Backpack Trials add-on is available as a free download from the Minecraft Marketplace for those with Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.
