The distraught wife of a missing newlywed has begged her husband to “please, come home” days after he went missing in upstate New York.

Dominick Bianchi, 35, was last seen Tuesday morning at his home in East Greenbush, just south of Albany, where he left behind his cellphone, wallet and car, according to police.

His tearful wife, Julianna Zyra, who he married just months ago, directly pleaded with her missing husband to come home in an interview with News 10.

“Whatever it is that’s going on, there are so many people who care about you want you to be OK,” she said.

“I know you feel really alone, but there are people who want to help you. If you’re seeing this, please, come home.”

Heartbroken Zyra told the outlet that Bianchi has been battling mental health issues “for quite some time.”

“It’s not fair. And I really wish people would stay off the internet, hypothesizing things that happened, he’s very sick and he is not in the right headspace,” she said.

Bianchi also has type 1 diabetes — and family members are worried he may not have his insulin with him.

“He has a continuous glucose monitor, which is paired to his phone that he doesn’t have,” Zyra said.

Bianchi, described as 5-foot 11-inches, was wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve shirt and possibly a baseball hat when he was seen at his home on Forrest Pointe Drive around 10 a.m. Tuesday.

He has a chest tattoo of a skull and roses, a tattoo on his right arm of a baseball, and a back tattoo of a cross, according to News 10.

The East Greenbush Police Department asked people in the area to check their properties, sheds, cars, trail cams and any home surveillance for signs of Bianchi.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police department on 518-479-2525.
