I know, weird. Its common for soldiers to improvise a piece of equip to better deal with battlefield conditions and the “turtle” has apparently been quite effective against Uke’s PoV drones. But it’s “bizarre”.

To the contrary, the russkies are pumping out far more brand new equip that all of NATO combined, and apparently have enough resources to develop and deploy a brand new non-nuke strategic missile. But yeah, they already “lost” all of their best stuff. Which is why it’s totally cool to send in NATO troops since the russkies only have shovels left.

Whenever I see the word "controversial" in an article I know a leftist wrote it.

Regardless of propaganda in the Russo-Ukraine war, relatively cheap drones have changed the battle field both on land and sea.

I hope our military is prepared to deal with this.

Actually, from the 1000s of articles posted on sites the past year in the west, you’d think ukraine has 99 percent of Russia and not 1/10 of 1 percent, which they do now.

I don’t have any skin in the game, not a big fan of Ukraine nor Russia. Fully aware that both sides exaggerate the wins and loses. Missiles need chips and Russia doesn’t make them very well. So i don’t see a whole bunch of new missiles being made. It is just like the high tech jets. they can’t make a lot of them.
