This former reality star was completely unrecognizable on her first public sighting in nearly a decade as she stepped out for a stroll with her dog on Monday.

The Denver native has undergone an dramatic makeover since making a name for herself as the breakout star of VH1's highest rated reality show Rock Of Love 2 with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.

Although she was known for her long platinum blonde locks, edgy style and tattoos, the TV personality, who is a cousin of retired boxing great Oscar De La Hoya, has since removed her extensions and dyed her hair a vibrant shade of blue and purple.

Now, she's also walking around with a nose ring and daisy tucked behind her ear.

Without cameras following her since the end of her high-profile engagement to Michaels, not many would be able to identify this Rock of Love alum.

Any ideas who it might be?

It's Daisy de la Hoya from Rock Of Love 2.

Before appearing on the dating reality show, she did back up vocals and played the bass on Seraphim Shock's album, Halloween Sex N Vegas.

She went on to tour with Shock as his bassist from 2004 to 2006.

In 2007, she released her first single, Heartbreaker, then a year later dropped the track, Pretty Messed Up.

The following year, she landed a spot on Rock of Love 2 after sending in a video of herself 'playing acoustic guitar and singing a spoof song entitled, Rock and Roll Monkey,' according to her IMDb.

Her success and participation, Rock of Love 2, ultimately led her to landing her own spin-off, titled Daisy of Love.

Per IMDb, the series showed her as 'a woman who has experienced hardships and tragedy throughout her life' and managed to 'remains loyal to her fans and the public as she continues to defy the usual reality TV logic.'

In March, she made headlines after denying the stalking allegations leveled against her by 90 Day Fiancé couple Mariah Fineman and Tom Brooks.

Brooks and Fineman filed a police report accusing De La Hoya of spending weeks trailing Brooks around his apartment complex.

The report claims that on one occasion De La Hoya sniffed at Brooks and told him she loved him, and that on another occasion she ran after Brooks and Fineman and clambered into their car as they attempted to leave their apartment building.

De La Hoya, however, insisted to TMZ that she does not know the couple particularly well and is not in love with Brooks.

At the time, she did confess to climbing into their car during what she described as a mental health episode, but clarified that she is now undergoing treatment.

In their police report, Brooks and Fineman described an incident in January when De La Hoya allegedly confronted Brooks in their neighborhood.

Brooks claimed his building's maintenance staff informed him that Fineman first learned who he was by watching him on 90 Day Fiancé.

During the alleged incident in January, De La Hoya is said to have approached Brooks and sniffed at him while gushing to him that she loved him.

Now, De La Hoya has claimed that she was in the midst of her mental health episode during the January encounter and that she was under the misimpression that the couple were employed by Tom Cruise, with whom she was infatuated.

In her version of events, she did express her love for 'Tom' but was referring to Tom Cruise, not Tom Brooks, whose name she claims not to have even known at the time.

Brooks and Fineman's police report states further that De La Hoya spent weeks following him around in the apartment complex.

According to Brooks, De La Hoya would call out for him in the complex and ask him unsuccessfully to join her for dinner.

The 90 Day Fiancé couple also accused De La Hoya of pursuing them during a stroll and asking Brooks again and again to hire a rideshare for her.
