Donald Trump announced on Friday that he will nominate right-wing lesbian Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce as the spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, a role that doesn’t require Senate confirmation.
In a January 3 Truth Social post, Trump described Bruce as “a highly respected political analyst” who “after being a liberal activist in the 1990s, saw the lies and fraud of the Radical Left, and quickly became one of the strongest Conservative voices on Radio and Television.”

No kidding, I don’t give a damn either way.
It just sounds odd.
I don’t “Identify” as straight. I’m straight :)
And if it wasn’ taught to me at some point or if I didn’t run into a whole bunch of gay folks in the city, I wouldn’t haave known there was something besdies straighht.
Now there’s a choice of 32 genders on some forms :)

What does the fact she's a lesbian have to do with anything? Are they suggesting that Trump only picked her is because she's a lesbian?
Checking boxes is something only the left does. She got the job she's the best equipped to succeed.

As far as I know she still is. She doesn’t wear it on her sleeve. She is very conservative and will be a great spokesman for the position.

She has mentioned it on Fox but only in discussions when it might be relevant. She doesn't showcase it.
