The Brief

• Rudy Giuliani was found in contempt of court for not complying with information requests related to his assets, linked to a $148 million defamation judgment.

• The contempt ruling followed a two-day hearing where Giuliani admitted to withholding materials, citing overly broad requests and the strain of ongoing legal cases.

• The defamation case involves false claims by Giuliani that two Georgia election workers tampered with ballots during the 2020 election.

• Lawyers for the election workers accuse Giuliani of defying court orders to LIQUIDATE ASSETS, noting he has not provided necessary paperwork to monetize SURRENDERED properties.

• Giuliani’s attorney argues against the potential seizure of his Palm Beach condominium, claiming it is his PRIMARY RESIDENCE and should be PROTECTED from the judgment.

Can Trump pardon him? 😢

It’s so sad because you can see how much of a toll this has taken on the mayor’s health. And at his old age too.

It was a state civil court. Trump can only pardon federal criminal charges.

And juxtaposed against the criminally negligent leadership of California and L.A. this is just so especially evil.

I’m hoping to see 2000 Mules get arrested. Then those who paid them arrested. And so on...
